In all cases deposits are non refundable, alterations to bookings cannot be made within 14 days of the arrival date, curtailment of stay once the guest has arrived or non arrival, the total charge of stay will be non refundable. Alterations to reservations can be made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, for which a £25.00 pounds administration fee is charged. Any dispute arising out of the agreement for provision of accommodation shall be governed by, and subject to English law and jurisdiction. By accepting this reservation it is deemed you have accepted the above cancellation policy without limitation or qualification. Security: An imprint of your credit card will be required on arrival, as security against any damage/ breakage or outstanding telephone charges.
