Cancellation
Policy:
In all cases deposits are non refundable, the balance of payment is
payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date and will be charged to your credit
card by the apartments. In the event of cancellation, a clear 4 weeks
notice prior to arrival is required, or the full rental balance becomes
due and will be charged to your credit card by the apartments .In the
event of curtailment of stay once the guest has arrived, or non arrival,
the full rental balance is non refundable. Alterations to confirmed
reservations may be made up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date, for which
a 25.00 pounds administration fee is charged, alterations within 4 weeks
of arrival date are considered as cancellation and full payment will be
charged and is non refundable. Security: An imprint of your
credit card will be required on arrival, as security against any damage/
breakage or outstanding telephone charges. London First Choice
