BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 10% deposit is required on all reservations and in all cases is non refundable. The balance of payment will be
charged to your
credit card up to 6 weeks prior to arrival by the apartments. There will be two
transactions on your credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
A clear 14 days written notice, prior to arrival, is required, and a full refund
will be made, less the deposit.
Less than 14 days written notice, prior to arrival, no refund will be made.
Security:
An imprint of your credit card will be required on arrival, as security against
any damage / breakage or outstanding telephone charges.
